This charge includes a full 21 point inspection plus advice on how your system is doing and which repairs may be needed now or in the future. And we deduct the $69 inspection fee for any repairs you choose for us to do.
Replacement parts and repairs: If a licensed pro from Freezing Mechanical finds an issue that could affect your AC in the near or midterm, we want you to be aware of it. Catching these issues early is the best way to prevent expensive summer breakdowns. And our experts are happy to make those repairs in the same visit as your tune-up! We will even deduct the $69 charge for the inspection off the repair bill.

We’ll be in touch within the hour (during normal business hours) to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you have regarding your inspection or tune-up.

We introduce you to your technician

We want your AC tune-up to be the most enjoyable and comfortable you’ve ever had. Part of that comfort means never sending a stranger to your door. That’s why we text you the name and a picture of your tech before they arrive. So you know exactly who is showing up. We’ll also give you a courtesy reminder call the day of your service visit and a courtesy text letting you know when your technician is on their way.

We give you a hassle free AC inspection or tune-up

Your licensed professional will thoroughly inspect your A/C system, or if you schedule a tune-up they will clean & service your air conditioner and ensure it has everything it needs to run at max efficiency all summer long. If we do find a part that needs to be repaired or replaced, we’ll share those findings with you after the inspection is complete. You are never pressured into making a repair, and our pros will never try to sell you a part you don’t need. We will deduct the $69 charge for the inspection off any repair bill you choose for our technicians to perform.

If you choose, we can complete any necessary repairs while on site

Our techs arrive in fully-stocked trucks with a huge assortment of spare parts and tools. Nine times out of ten, we’ll be able to complete any suggested repairs in the same visit. Once the repair is complete, we’ll test your air conditioner and make sure everything is working perfectly. If you had an inspection and choose to do suggested repairs, we simply deduct the $69 inspection fee off your repair bill.
