Meet Victor Finalet — Founder & President
Victor entered the HVAC industry at just 23, driven by a passion for hands-on work and a genuine desire to help South Florida families stay comfortable. What he found early on was a business full of companies that focused more on upselling than on actually educating their customers. He didn’t like that, so he built something different.
Now with more than 25 years of field experience, Victor leads Freezing Mechanical with the same dedication and integrity he started with. He holds multiple professional licenses — including HVAC and plumbing — giving him a uniquely deep understanding of how a home’s systems work together.
He’s not a figurehead. He’s still involved in daily operations, technician training, system evaluations, and customer communication.
Victor’s philosophy is simple: treat people fairly, do the job right, and never leave a customer without a straight answer. That philosophy is in the DNA of every technician we hire, every call we take, and every system we install.
