Freezing Mechanical offers two easy ways to schedule: online or over the phone. You choose the one you’re most comfortable with, and we’ll take it from there. One of our customer service specialists will confirm your appointment time and share any relevant information about your job. On the day of your appointment, your technician will let you know they’re on the way. We even text you the name and a photo of your technician so you know exactly who will be arriving at your door.

There are dozens of thermostat brands and models to choose from. So finding the right thermostat for your home can be overwhelming. We install your thermostat that same day

Once you’ve found the perfect thermostat for your home, we’ll get right to work on the installation. Some thermostat replacements may take longer, especially if you’re upgrading to a programmable thermostat. You can expect anywhere from one to three hours to complete the job. After every job, your installer will thoroughly clean up their work area and leave your home cleaner than how they found it.

Before the installer leaves your home, they’ll make sure you are 100% satisfied with the job. If something went wrong, let us know and we’ll make it right on the spot.
